How to use CBG isolate
The strength of pure isolate is also its biggest watch-out: 1 gram of CBG isolate contains 1,000 milligrams of CBG. That means a small scoop is a lot, and a digital milligram scale is essential for accurate dosing. Don't eyeball it.
- Sublingual: Place a small measured amount under the tongue, hold for 30–60 seconds, then swallow.
- In oils: Dissolve into MCT oil, olive oil, or any carrier oil to make your own tincture (CBG dissolves easily into warmed oil).
- In topicals: Mix into lotions, balms, salves, or essential oil blends for skin application.
