This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products — it will apply to any order you place with us.
Quick reference: We ship all orders via USPS from Lawrence, Kansas. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $7.95, and shipping is free on orders over $75. We ship within the United States only.
We keep shipping simple with two rates:
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal (before tax). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
For wholesale orders, very heavy orders (typically over 50 lbs total), or expedited shipping requests, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard delivery times vary by destination but typically run:
All delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. USPS delivery times can be affected by holidays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. During very busy periods (typically December holidays and product launches), handling time may extend to up to 2 business days.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
We ship within the United States and to U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally.
Hemp product laws vary state to state. While our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (less than 0.3% THC by dry weight), some states have additional restrictions on the sale, possession, or shipment of certain hemp-derived products. We monitor state regulations and may be unable to ship to certain destinations from time to time.
If we cannot legally ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and refund your order in full. By placing an order, you confirm that hemp-derived CBG products are legal to receive at your shipping address.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, unclaimed at a post office), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our end.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it — but you can return it under the terms of our Refund Policy.
