Quick reference: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund regardless of timing — just reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can document the issue.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

The following items are not eligible for return:
Wholesale and bulk orders (typically 100g and up for isolate, distillate orders, and bulk nano orders) are final sale unless the product is defective or doesn't match the specifications agreed upon in your order. Wholesale partners should review samples (when applicable) before placing full orders. Defective wholesale products are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact your account representative.
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under the terms of this policy once it arrives.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kawvalleycannabis@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement and a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
